Business Partner Ecosystem Summit: Fastest growth in sustainability

We interrupt the regular programming with breaking news: Last week, at the annual gathering of Central and Eastern European countries in Bratislava, TIS GRUPA was awarded the “Oscar” for IBM’s most outstanding partner in the category of fastest growth in sustainability.

This is a significant recognition for a small but mighty team. The joy is even greater when considering the size of the IT “sandbox” and the number of top-tier players creating truly revolutionary solutions within it. It’s an honor to share this playground with those guided not only by excellence but also by a commitment to long-term impact on the business community.

And now, back to our regular program.

This year, TIS GRUPA celebrates 25 years of partnership with IBM. Over this quarter-century, we’ve built a strong relationship resulting in numerous projects that have made a significant impact on the business world. We’ve earned and upheld the trust placed in us by consistently raising the bar with each new project driven by this partnership.

You’ll often hear us emphasize our connection to the domestic, regional, European, and global financial industries. Without the expertise of our small yet extraordinary team, we wouldn’t be discussing collaborations with 4 out of 5 major domestic banks, half of Slovenia’s banks, or 6 out of 10 British banks. While these achievements involved the collective effort of many TIS members, this recognition is dedicated primarily to our colleagues on the upper floors of our headquarters. You know who you are. 😉

Especially since, as you read this, they’re preparing new and exciting solutions for all our business partners eager to step into a smarter future powered by reliable, top-quality products.

It was precisely such projects that were the focus of the two-day summit in BraTISlava (pun intended).

Between 180 and 220 tech enthusiasts from across the region gathered in the Slovak capital. As Stefano Rebanotti described it, it was a prime opportunity to exchange the freshest ideas and experiences on projects related to data, automation, and artificial intelligence.

In the front rows of vibrant discussions were Dzenan Lojo and Daniel Van Schepdael.

  • “Events like this are not just opportunities to hear and see the latest developments on a regional level but also a chance to evaluate how we stand compared to competitors and whether there’s potential for collaboration on future projects.”
  • “We’re pleased to report that the mission was successfully accomplished, and we’re returning to headquarters with optimism across all fronts.”
  • “Congratulations to our colleagues on the well-deserved recognition. Perseverance always pays off, but it’s even sweeter when rewarded externally.”
