Zavarovalnica Triglav implemented the TIS SelfID solution, enabling users to complete fast and secure remote digital identification.
The solution allows users to verify their identity using a mobile phone by capturing their identity document and a facial image, without having to visit a branch.
This represents an important step in Triglav’s digital transformation, making digital services more accessible and easier to use remotely. Results
We reduced the number of steps and accelerated access to the features available through the i.triglav digital branch.

- Average identification time is approximately five minutes, including data entry and capturing the required images.
