TIS GRUPA, celebrating 35 years of success in the IT industry, marks this milestone by returning to its roots. Over three and a half decades, we’ve built a legacy of excellence in delivering IT projects across various sectors, including finance, healthcare, and green transition.
Celebrating Growth in Core and National Projects
This year, TIS GRUPA achieved great results. We expanded our core business by completing several IT projects in the financial industry. We are very proud of these accomplishments. Furthermore, TIS GRUPA also grew the scope of its IT projects with partners from other industries. As a result, our teams dedicated many hours to national IT initiatives and delivered significant contributions.
Expanding Horizons: Entering New Markets

The past year tested TIS GRUPA with many macroeconomic challenges. Nevertheless, we expanded our teams and welcomed new colleagues, who brought fresh perspectives and energy to our work.
Recognizing Excellence: Awards and Achievements
TIS GRUPA’s teams earned well-deserved recognition for their dedication. For instance, the IBM squad became the largest European IT player in green transition efforts. Additionally, SENDD won awards as Croatia’s most innovative healthcare software, and Vineyard Angel formed a partnership with one of Croatia’s top winemakers.
Mentorship Matters: Empowering the Next Generation
Mentorship remains a key part of TIS GRUPA’s success. Our Java experts led a successful Java/Spring Academy, where they taught programming skills to many participants. Moreover, we excelled in a competition for young IT professionals, with two teams reaching the grand finale. As a result, Domagoj won a silver medal.

To close the year, TIS GRUPA revamped its brand. We launched a new website and updated our visual identity. Consequently, it is now even easier to spot us at events.
